The European Premier League this season has seen clubs like Everton advance up the league table towards the upper reaches of the competition.
Everton currently holds the 6th position with about 18 points after their 2-0 thumping of West Ham last weekend.
This good luck albeit, the boss man at the helm of affairs for Everton has plans of bringing one former favorite of the fans at Goodison Park back into the stables of the team.
Wayne Rooney had been with Everton back in the days and had left for Manchester United in 2005 as a teenage prodigy. He developed rapidly into a star player under former coach, Sir Alex Ferguson and gained a lot of prominence.
This season however, has left the future of the 31 year old at the Red Devils in doubt after his form came to an all-time low. He currently has been dropped by United’s boss, Mourinho and hardly plays any match with them.
And although Mourinho insists that Rooney “is going nowhere”, it seems very much like the star’s playing time at United has come to an end.
Ronald Koeman, boss at Everton however seems to be a bearer of good news for Rooney as he has every intention to draw the England’s men senior team captain to the team. Continue Reading
